That organ solo is great
Jimmy Haslip, always amazing!!!
Não entendo como o brasileiro, ignora essas maravilhas e deixa se contaminar pelo chorume atual da "cultura" imposta pelas grandes mídias.
Sensacional!

God. My man!! Crazy how's he underrated. Since 1979 for me!!
I saw him play this in concert in 1981 at Kent State University. Amazing!!!
ALL are getting great TONE and a fine mix . This is outdoors ! RIP Chuck , you are missed !
I wish someone would post a higher quality video, would love to hear this version without any distortion..
State of Grace album is incredible!!!
Played the heck out of the soft spaces album which this song Catherine is on. When I lived in San San Antonio, Texas. Then saw Jeff preform it live at Toads place in New Haven,Ct. And yes it was KennyG. On the horn. Seems like yesterday. All Jeff’s music is off the hook.
RIP Maestro! Chuck played with the best!

Great band with Jeff here ; much better than who’s with him these days…what happened?
You right handers don't have the first clue as to what Jimmy has managed to pull off. To begin with, stringed instruments were never meant for us left handers. As far as trying to compensate for the failure in intonation after flipping the strings over like Jimi Hendrix, that ain't a cake walk, and much of what Hendrix did is self-taught feel of how much pressure or slight bending, to get the intonation right, as loud as it is. Jimmy Haslip has managed, some kinda way, to pick up the instrument you people use, and teach himself to play it that way without doing anything. I haven't even covered the irritating feel of those control knobs digging into your forearm constantly either. So, Jimmy has a left handed body done to remove that irritating problem, as well the cutaway issue, but it's still a bass you right handers use. EVERYTHING, changes. Whatever on Earth he does on the fret board, as well as his changing attack, hitting the strings, picking, or however he does it. AND the nuances involved to compensate. How do you possibly teach something like that?! Newsflash: right handers. You can't, and you won't.
No words!
❤❤❤❤❤❤ĺ love this melody!
Love this song
Drumma tight as Sonny Emory!
Jeff be holdin it down!!!
When I listen to this song, it does make me Smile 😊
I saw Jeff Lorber Fusion my 2nd year of college at Kent State Univ around 1983’. There was no Kenny G. Just a little fellow named Kenny Gorelick who played every wind instrument you can imagine. What a trail of smoke both left on that stage. OMG.Jeff is such a jazz hero to me. I doubt there is an album/disc of his I do not own. Wizard Island is still my No#1!
Hey!! I was at the University of Akron and it was 1981 and Jeff came back twice to Kent State and I was there both times!!! Someone turned me on to him in 1979 my lst year in college and I have been a fan ever since! I have everything he has ever made as well as with other musicians (check out Vibes Alive) I'm a heavily biased fan and he is beyond great. It's so nice to know that we were there at the same time and you appreciated the group!
@@juneniemann391 That’s awesome. I’m sure we were at the same show. I saw Jeff out in Scottsdale on his tour with Mike Stern to promote their album. They were great but Jeff was very layer back. I will check out that album. I thought I had them all but may have missed one. I so wish Jeff would return to this area for a show !
Happy Birthday Jeff Lorber!! 11-4-52! My guy since 1979!!
